Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to newhorizonaris in the 12 months preceding the claim.

newhorizonaris shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
